Prémos specialises in curated and personalised gift hampers, prepared to order with care.

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
• UPI
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability may be restricted based on delivery location, order value, or operational feasibility.

Returns & Refunds
As our products are personalised and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Replacements
Replacements are provided only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged during transit, or
• An incorrect item has been delivered

To raise a replacement request, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
• A complete unboxing video
• Clear images of the product and outer packaging

Upon verification, a replacement will be initiated where applicable. No monetary refunds are provided for personalised orders.
